Why does DeckDuel say my device isn't supported?

Quiz generation runs on Apple Intelligence, which requires an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri.

My friend can't find my match

Both phones need Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on and DeckDuel open with Local Network permission granted (Settings → Privacy → Local Network → DeckDuel). Stay within a few meters of each other while connecting.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DeckDuel Pro. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open DeckDuel Pro from Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases" while signed into the same Apple Account.

Is my study material uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything — question generation, storage, multiplayer — happens on-device. See our Privacy Policy.
